成人教育是我国教育事业的重要组成部分,对我国高素质人才的培养和经济发展起着直接有效的作用。成人学籍管理也是教学行政管理的重要内容,对校方全面了解学生情况,及时改进教学管理和教学方法起着重要作用。教育改革的深化和进步,对学籍管理的严肃性、准确性和适应性提出了更新的要求。因此,学籍管理人员要不断研究学籍管理过程中的新问题,拓展新的工作途径,以适应新形势的需要。
Adult education is an important component of China’s education and plays a direct and effective role in the training and economic development of our country’s highly qualified personnel. Adult student status management is also an important part of the teaching administration. It plays an important role in understanding the students in a comprehensive way and improving the teaching management and teaching methods in time. The deepening and progress of education reform put forward new requirements on the seriousness, accuracy and adaptability of the student registration management. Therefore, the student status management staff should constantly study new problems in the process of student status management and expand new ways of working to meet the needs of the new situation.
