近日,国家发展改革委公告,为推进落实《国务院关于鼓励和引导民间投资健康发展的若干意见》(国发〔2010〕13号),根据国务院的统一部署和要求,国家发改委、科技部近日联合印发《关于加快推进民营企业研发机构建设的实施意见》。该《意见》围绕推进民营企业建立技术(开发)中心,承担或参与工程(技术)研究中心、工程实验室、重点实验室建设,以及建立和完善服务于民营企业的技术创新服务机构,提出了四大项共16条意见以加快推进民营企业研发机构建设。
