目的观察综合疗法治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者肩关节半脱位的临床效果。方法选择2011年6月—2012年4月脑卒中偏瘫患者肩关节半脱位50例,均采用配戴充气式肩吊带+微波+神经肌肉电刺激综合疗法治疗,2个月后观察疗效。结果治愈占32.00%,显效占42.00%,好转占22.00%,无效占4.00%,总有效率96.00%。结论配戴充气式肩吊带+微波+神经肌肉电刺激综合疗法治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者肩关节半脱位效果明显,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy in the treatment of hemiplegic stroke patients with subluxation of the shoulder. Methods From June 2011 to April 2012, 50 patients with hemiplerosis caused by hemiplegia in stroke were treated by the combined therapy of wearing ankle strap + microwave + neuromuscular stimulation, and the curative effect was observed after 2 months. Results cured 32.00%, effective 42.00%, improvement accounted for 22.00%, invalid accounted for 4.00%, the total effective rate 96.00%. Conclusion Wearing inflatable shoulder harness + microwave + neuromuscular stimulation in the treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia shoulder subluxation obvious effect, it is worth promoting.
