通过研究不同脱硫渣掺量(0、3%、5%、7%、10%、15%)的水泥脱硫渣稳定碎石的7 d、28 d无侧限抗压强度,探讨了脱硫渣掺量对材料强度的影响规律,并对比研究了粉煤灰掺量为5%、10%、15%时水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石的相应龄期强度。结果显示:随着脱硫渣掺量的提高,水泥脱硫渣稳定碎石的7 d以及28 d无侧限抗压强度均呈先增加后降低的趋势,且当水泥剂量为4%时,合适脱硫渣掺量为5%左右;与水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石相比,在掺量较小时(5%以内),水泥脱硫渣稳定碎石的强度较高,而掺量较大时(大于5%),强度则显著降低。故在进行水泥脱硫渣稳定碎石配合比设计时,应严格控制脱硫渣掺量。
The unconfined compressive strength of 7 days and 28 days of cement desulfurization slag stabilized gravel with different desulfurization slag content (0,3%, 5%, 7%, 10%, 15%) was studied.
