目的统计分析我院炎琥宁注射液临床应用中出现不良反应情况。方法选取笔者医院临床应用炎琥宁注射液出现的41例不良反应病例进行分类分析。结果通过对不良反应病例进行分析,其中出现不良反应时间中大部分集中在10min之内,不良反应受累器官中皮肤系统占到41%。结论通过炎琥宁注射液的不良反应进行系统分析,要求临床用药时需严格掌握适应症而合理用药。
Objective To analyze and analyze the adverse reactions in the clinical application of Yanhuning injection in our hospital. Methods Select the hospital clinical application of Yan Huaning injection of 41 cases of adverse reactions were classified analysis. Results Through the analysis of adverse reaction cases, most of the adverse reaction time was concentrated within 10min, the adverse reaction of the affected organs accounted for 41% of the skin system. Conclusions The systematic analysis of the adverse reactions of Yanhuning injection requires that the indications should be strictly controlled and used rationally when clinical medication is required.
