早餐是市民生活中重要的组成部分,一日之计在于晨,早上第一顿饭就显得尤为重要。如何为市民提供便利而卫生的早餐,成为一项具有实际意义的便民实事工程。对此,记者分别对上海市作为试点的杨浦区与普陀区的早餐摊位治理及实施情况进行采访。通过对零散摊贩进行集中管理、政企结合分散经营这两种截然不同的模式,为早餐摊位寻找一种更合理的存在形式。
