对矿用吊装机变幅机构三铰点位置进行受力分析和研究,在动力软件中创建变幅机构模型,对其三铰点位置进行优化,计算出优化后各铰点的位置坐标,并得到铰点位置优化前后对应危险工况液压力变化曲线图,得出优化后的变幅机构对应最危险工况的液压力较之前未优化的变幅机构所对应最危险工况的液压力下降了6.56%。
The force analysis and research on the position of the three hinge points of the luffing mechanism of mine hoisting machine is carried out. The luffing mechanism model is created in the power software, the position of the three hinge points is optimized, and the position coordinate of each hinge point is calculated. Before and after optimization of the hinge position, the hydraulic pressure corresponding to the dangerous condition is obtained. The hydraulic pressure of the most dangerous condition corresponding to the optimized luffing mechanism is lower than that of the most dangerous condition corresponding to the unoptimized luffing mechanism 6.56%.
