通过对芜湖县(区)体育工作现状的剖析,指出安徽省县(区)体育工作普遍存在懂业务、会管理的体育专业管理人员偏少,政府对体育工作的经费投入偏低,方便群众健身的公共体育设施不足等三个方面的难点;对县(区)体育行政部门提出三点对策建议:一是要树立“经营体育”的理念;二是要以“建设”为重点;三是要发挥好“服务”功能。
