黑木耳代料栽培由于极易污染杂菌,因而生产发展不快。近两年来,盐城市有不少菇农和菌种场试种黑木耳,多数因杂菌污染而失败。我们经过两年多的探索,在袋栽黑木耳防杂菌污染技术方面取得了较好效果。1987年6月8~20日,共生产1120袋(17×33厘米聚丙烯袋),其中青霉和水霉污染的仅32袋,没有出现链孢霉污染。菌丝50~55天发到袋底,成品率97%。其中污染杂菌的29袋重新灭菌接种,发菌正常,实际只报废3袋。现将防污技术要点简介如下:发菌栽培期避开高温梅雨季节我地区袋栽黑木耳一般都安排在7月中旬,此时正值梅雨高温期,空气湿度常达90%左右,气温有时达32~34℃,杂菌污染率高,一旦发生链孢霉污染,很可能导致绝收(?)椐我们试验(?)秋耳袋栽可提早到5
