目的了解新疆伊犁地区农村寄宿制学校学生膳食状况,为制定和改善新疆农村学生膳食营养的相关政策提供参考依据。方法采用随机整群抽样方法,对伊犁地区20所农村寄宿制学校的食堂经营情况及3 478名中学生膳食现状进行调查。结果寄宿学生每天吃和经常吃肉类食品的比例分别为29.01%和17.12%,有55.59%的学生基本不吃蛋类,仅有19.46%和17.95%的学生每天吃奶类和新鲜蔬菜;仅有3所学校早餐提供主食、鸡蛋、牛奶、咸菜,有3所学校只提供主食;每天能提供6种及以上新鲜蔬菜的学校有4所,每周能提供9种以上新鲜蔬菜的学校有5所。结论伊犁地区农村寄宿制学校食堂供餐搭配不合理,中学生膳食摄入结构存在不合理现象。学生应该增加豆类、奶类食物的摄入。
Objective To understand the diet of rural boarding school students in Yili Prefecture of Xinjiang and to provide reference for formulating and improving dietary and nutrition policies for rural students in Xinjiang. Methods A random cluster sampling method was used to investigate the canteen management in 20 rural boarding schools and the diet status of 3 478 middle school students in Yili Prefecture. Results The percentage of boarding students eating daily and eating meat food was 29.01% and 17.12% respectively. 55.59% of students basically did not eat eggs and only 19.46% and 17.95% of students consumed dairy and fresh vegetables daily. Only There are 3 schools offering breakfast, eggs, milk and pickles for breakfast. There are 3 schools offering only staple food. There are 4 schools that can provide 6 kinds of fresh vegetables daily and 5 kinds of fresh vegetables every week. The Conclusion Irrational food supply in rural boarding school canteens in Yili region is unreasonable, and the structure of dietary intake of middle school students is unreasonable. Students should increase the intake of beans and milk food.
