周宏人出生于内蒙古一个普通农民家庭,由于家中困难,他仅读到初二就随老乡到长春一建筑工地打工。别看他出身贫寒,但却有着远大的抱负,他根本不甘心在这里像牛马一样流血流汗地干下去。因此,在工地干了几年稍有积蓄后,他便准备自己创业了。经过一番认真思考,周宏人把创业的初始地点选在家乡的县城。由于资金有限,他暂时搞不起大事业,于是,他便尝试着在水果蔬菜市场摆摊。尽管赚钱少又很辛苦,但他毕竟尝到了自己给自己当老板的滋味和乐趣,因此,他每天都干得很起劲,起早贪黑永不言苦。如果周宏人在菜市场一直这样摸爬滚打地干下去,虽说不能成为太大的款,但肯定能过一个小富日子。可是,周宏人信奉“王侯将相宁有种呼”的格言,他总想过上那些大老板大富
