本文从增加系统阻尼入手,研制了一个具有电流微分负反馈作用的伺服放大器,理论分析和试验表明,使用这种放大器能够改善电液位置伺服系统的动态品质。
In this paper, starting with the increase of system damping, a servo amplifier with current differential negative feedback is developed. Theoretical analysis and experiments show that using this amplifier can improve the dynamic quality of electro-hydraulic servo system.
