许多高校和科研机构把核心期刊作为科研成果的评价标准,为了探讨以核心期刊作为科研成果的评价指标是否恰当,对核心期刊从其测定方法、筛选统计源、入选范围、鉴定标准、等级划分等方面存在的缺陷,统计源数据缺乏学术评价含量,核心期刊存在较长的滞后性,自身的论文质量存在较大的差异,稿件录用中也存在某些不合理的现象等多方面作了分析,认为以核心期刊为标准评价科研成果存在局限性,必会出现不公正、不准确的评价结果。
