为适应生产发展的需要,1983年我厂安装一台S1118型辗轮式混砂机代替老产品S114型混砂机。使用二年多的实践表明,S1118型混砂机是一种新型高效混砂机,无论在产量、质量、能耗等方面均优于S114型混砂机,性能堪称满意。但它也有几处考虑欠周,影响使用。现将我厂使用中碰到的一些问题及解决办法介绍如下。一、卸砂门漏砂该机在调试过程中,发现卸砂门关闭不紧,在混砂过程中不断有漏砂现象,影响型砂质量。通过现场观察研究,我们认为驱动气缸的行程和推力都是足够的。主要问题在于卸砂时卸砂门处在砂流之下,迎受来砂,致使少量型砂停留在卸砂门的边缘上,关闭时这些残砂妨碍卸
In order to meet the needs of the development of production, in 1983 I plant to install a S1118-type roller wheel mixer instead of the old product S114 mixer. The use of more than two years of practice shows that S1118 Sand Mixer is a new type of high efficiency Sand Mixer which is superior to S114 Sand Mixer in terms of output, quality and energy consumption. But it also has several considerations less than weeks, affecting the use. Now I encountered in the use of some of the problems and solutions introduced below. First, the unloading sand door missed sand machine in the commissioning process, found that unloading sand door closed is not tight, there is a continuous sand leakage phenomenon in the sand mixing process, affecting sand quality.
