2014年春节期间,海南三亚大东海海滩被爆有游客裸晒、裸泳。海南省省委书记随即于2014年2月9日表示,公众场所禁止裸泳、裸晒,对不听劝阻的游客实行拘留教育。继而,三亚警方表示将安排警力全天无缝隙值守,对裸泳、裸晒者进行劝阻。2014年2月10日,58岁男子孙某因不听规劝,成为裸晒被行政拘留第一人。
During the Spring Festival in 2014, Dadonghai Beach in Sanya, Hainan was exposed with naked sun and bare swim. Hainan Provincial Party Committee Secretary immediately said on February 9, 2014 that naked swimming and naked sun are forbidden in public places, and detention education should be given to tourists who do not listen to dissuasion. Subsequently, Sanya police said they will arrange police officers throughout the day without gaps on the naked swimming, bare sun to discourage.
