采土是制砖工业的第一道工序.随着质量意识的不断深入,我厂逐渐认识到要抓好质量控制必须从采土这一工序抓起,关键是抓好原料检测.原料检测对于掌握原料的变化以及这些变化对于生产工艺的要求和产品质量可能产生的影响都极为重要.我厂是一家国营砖瓦厂,以前不注重或者说根本就没有原料检测环节,采土、配加外掺料一般都是凭感觉靠经验,结果原料成份变化很大,掺配比例没有科学依据,经常出现砖坯收缩率大或易断裂的情况.分析找出上述原因,我厂制定了详细的原料检测制度,主要分为:取样、试验、信息反馈3部分.

As a result, the composition of raw materials varies greatly. There is no scientific basis for blending ratios. Frequent occurrences of shrinkage of bricks or breakage are common. Analysis Find out the above reasons. Our factory has developed detailed raw material testing. The system is mainly divided into three parts: sampling, experiment, and information feedback.
