司法语言研究在英美国家发展相对比较成熟。马丁作为一名悉尼学派的领军人物和国际著名系统功能语言学家,近几年将系统功能语言学的实现化和实例化以及新兴的个体化理论应用于司法语言研究,揭示了青少年犯罪司法调解协商会的语言在身份建构、加害人与受害人和解、加害人重返社会等方面所起的作用值得借鉴。马丁的司法语言研究对我们的启示主要表现在理论应用、研究方法和研究目标三个方面。
Judicial language research in the Anglo-American countries is relatively mature. As a leader of the Sydney School and a well-known system functional linguist in the world, Martin has applied the systemization and instantiation of system functional linguistics and the emerging individualization theory to judicial language studies in recent years, revealing the judicial mediation of juvenile delinquency The role of consultation language in the construction of identity, the perpetrator and victim reconciliation, reintegration of perpetrators and others is worth learning from. Martin’s judicial language research to our inspiration mainly in three aspects of theoretical application, research methods and research objectives.
