目的了解福建省初中生二手烟暴露情况及其对初中生烟草使用的影响,为今后福建省制定保护初中生免受二手烟危害的策略提供参考。方法于2013年10~11月采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法抽取福建省的初中学校,调查使用国家根据我国国情增加部分问题后的GYTS全球统一标准的核心问卷。用SAS 9.3统计软件进行数据清洗、样本加权,加权后的数据代表整个福建省初中生的烟草使用情况,用SPSS 19.0通过复杂抽样程序进行数据分析。结果共调查初一、初二、初三在校学生4 144名,尝试烟草使用率为15.08%,现在烟草使用率为4.69%。过去7d内,二手烟暴露率由高到低依次为室外公共场所57.75%、室内公共场所55.97%、家43.88%、公共交通工具28.64%。在过去30d内,52.14%的学生在学校看到过有人吸烟,在校期间,13.23%的学生几乎每天见到有人吸烟。在家里、室内公共场所和学校暴露于二手烟是学生尝试吸烟行为[OR(95%CI)=1.59(1.30~1.95)、OR(95%CI)=1.43(1.08~1.88)、OR(95%CI)=2.79(2.24~3.49)]和现在吸烟行为[OR(95%CI)=1.43(1.02~2.01)、OR(95%CI)=2.10(1.24~3.57)、OR(95%CI)=2.74(1.80~4.16)]共同的危险因素。结论福建省初中生二手烟暴露情况与全国的调查结果基本一致,二手烟暴露对烟草使用情况有影响。
Objective To understand the exposure of second-hand smoke to junior high school students in Fujian Province and its impact on the use of tobacco among junior high school students, and to provide reference for the future development of Fujian’s strategy of protecting junior high school students from second-hand smoke. Methods From October to November 2013, a multistage stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select junior middle schools in Fujian Province to investigate the core questionnaire using the GYTS global standard after the state increased some of its problems according to China’s national conditions. SAS 9.3 statistical software was used to clean the data. The sample weights and weighted data represent the tobacco use status of junior high school students in Fujian Province. Data were analyzed by using the complex sampling program with SPSS 19.0. Results A total of 4 144 students were enrolled in the first, second and third days. The tobacco use rate was 15.08%. The current tobacco use rate was 4.69%. In the past 7 days, exposure rates of second-hand smoke from high to low were 57.75% for outdoor public places, 55.97% for indoor public places, 43.88% for homes and 28.64% for public transport. In the past 30 days, 52.14% of students have seen someone smoking at school. During school, 13.23% of students saw it smoked almost daily. OR (95% CI) = 1.43 (1.08-1.88), OR (95% CI) = 1.59 (1.30-1.95), OR (95% OR (95% CI) = 1.43 (1.02-2.01) OR (95% CI) = 2.10 (1.24-3.57) OR (95% CI) = 2.79 2.74 (1.80 ~ 4.16)] common risk factors. Conclusions The situation of second-hand smoke exposure among junior high school students in Fujian Province is consistent with that of the whole country. Exposure to second-hand smoke has an impact on the use of tobacco.
