本研究利用SSR分子标记技术对辽宁省主推玉米品种进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明,利用扩增条带清晰、具明显多态性的SSR引物,能将全部供试玉米品种区分开来,且亲缘关系远近一目了然。其中,遗传距离最大的是东单335和铁单10,为0.64;遗传距离最小即亲缘关系最近的为东单60和东单16,为0.1724。总体来说,辽宁省玉米品种仍在集中使用少数骨干亲本,远缘杂交品种较少,有必要进一步拓展玉米种质遗传基础,以满足相关行业的发展需求。
In this study, SSR molecular markers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of the main maize varieties in Liaoning province. The results showed that all the tested maize varieties could be distinguished by using SSR primers with clear bands and obvious polymorphism, and the genetic relationship was obvious. Among them, the largest genetic distance was Dongdan 335 and Tiedan 10, which was 0.64. The genetic distance was the smallest, which was Dongdan 60 and Dongdan 16 with the closest genetic relationship, which was 0.1724. In general, Liaoning province maize varieties are still focused on the use of a few key parents, distant hybrid varieties less need to further expand the genetic basis of maize germplasm to meet the development needs of related industries.
