吉建设〔2012〕3号各市(州)建委(住房城乡建设局),长白山管委会住房城乡建设局,各有关单位:为推动我省勘察设计行业文化大发展,繁荣创新建筑设计方案创作,加强对建筑方案设计机构的管理,根据《建设工程勘察设计管理条例》和《建设工程勘察设计资质管理规定》等相关法规及《关于推进吉林省建筑方案创意的指导意见》精神,省住房城乡建设厅决定从即日起对我省行政区域内的建筑方案设计机构进行备案管理。现将有关要求通知如下:
