老旧房屋一般层数较少,三四层的砖房占有相当比重,有些房屋由于使用功能的增加,迫切需要增层。在原有基础上增层的房屋,虽然投资不多,但是增加了使用面积,见效较快。目前增层加固砖房日益增多,加固处理方法各异,所取得的综合效益不尽相同。增层加固房屋的首要问题是地基基础的正确处理,处理恰当能够使建筑物得到整体加强。
