国卫监督发[2015]75号各省、自治区、直辖市卫生计生委,新疆生产建设兵团卫生局,疾控中心、监督中心:根据《国务院关于取消和调整一批行政审批项目等事项的决定》(国发[2015]11号)要求,我委将放射防护器材和含放射性产品检测机构、医疗机构放射性危害评价(甲级)机构(以下简称放射卫生技术服务机构(甲级))的审批职责下放至省级卫生计生行政部门。为做好审批职责下放后的各项工作,切实加强放射卫生技术服务机构事中事后监管,现将有关工作要求通知如下:
