对鳜鱼细菌病六种病原菌的生长及生理特性进行研究 ,六种菌在合适的培养液中 ,适宜的温度下表现为一定的生长过程。绘制六种菌的生长曲线 ,一般包括迟缓期、对数期、稳定期和衰老期。六种菌在 4～ 8℃范围内及 4 0℃以上不生长 ,10～ 37℃范围内能生长 ;在pH5 5～ 10 0范围内生长 ,低于pH4 5、高于pH11 0下不生长 ;0 5%～ 5%NaCl液体培养基中生长 ,在 0 %、6 %NaCl液体培养基中不生长
The growth and physiological characteristics of six pathogens of catfish bacterial disease were studied. The six kinds of bacteria in a suitable culture medium showed a certain growth process at appropriate temperature. Draw six kinds of bacteria growth curve, generally including slow, logarithmic, stable and senescent. Six kinds of bacteria did not grow in the range of 4 ~ 8 ℃ and above 40 ℃, and grew in the range of 10 ~ 37 ℃. They grew in the range of pH5 ~ 10 0, but lower than pH4 5 and did not grow higher than pH11 0. 0 5% ~ 5% NaCl liquid medium growth, 0%, 6% NaCl liquid medium does not grow
