高等职业教育是我国高等教育的一种新类型,培养高级应用型、技能型人才是高等职业院校的功能性定位。因此,高职教育如何以能力为本位,突出实践教学,创新人才培养模式,寻求知识传授和技能训练最佳结合的具体实现途径,培养出适应生产、建设、管理、服务一线需要的应用型、技能型人才,已成为高职教育教学研究中的热点问题,也是实际工作中的难点问题。尤其是设备、设施的管理,是提高实习教学质量,增强实习教学效果,培养学员学用结合,增强技能操作水平的重要保证。我院在长期的工作实践中,积累了许多经验,认为在实践教学的设备管理中,应加强如下几个方面的工作:

Therefore, how should vocational education take capacity as its own standard, highlight practical teaching methods, innovate talents training mode, find concrete ways of realizing the best combination of knowledge transfer and skill training, cultivate application-oriented, high- Skilled talent has become a hot issue in the teaching of higher vocational education and is also a difficult issue in practical work. In particular, the management of equipment and facilities is an important guarantee for improving the quality of internship teaching, enhancing the effectiveness of internship teaching, cultivating the combination of students’ learning and enhancing the skill operation. In our long-term working practice, our hospital has accumulated a lot of experience, that in the practical teaching of equipment management, we should strengthen the following aspects:
