In recent years, the status of the Yangtze River Delta port has become increasingly prominent. In the construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center, the strategy of national development in the western region and sustainable development, the ports in the Yangtze River Delta are faced with opportunities for development which are rare in the past century. In this paper, the coordinated development of the Yangtze River Delta ports as the main line, discusses the interaction between the Yangtze River Delta ports and cities, the current situation and positioning of the Yangtze River Delta ports, proposed to promote the Yangtze River Delta port
