河北省张家口地区坝下的果农,经过多年的生产实践,精心培育出4种优质丰产杏。现将其介绍给广大读者。1.供佛杏。此杏原产阳原县高墙乡,树势生长健壮,11年生树高4.5米,冠幅直径3.7米左右。它具有抗寒抗旱和耐瘠薄的特性,并能在海拔800～1200米的丘陵山区生长良好。在1991年河北省优质果品会上,它被评为第一名。2.木瓜杏(又名迟黄杏)。它原产蔚县黄梅乡。其果实扁圆形,阴面浅黄绿色,阳面有红晕,肉质细腻纤维少,味甜有香气,平均单果重50克。
