通过构建黑岱沟露天煤矿二采区三维地质模型,对二采区的表土资源赋存情况进行了分析。基于二采区表土资源的实际赋存情况,对二采区未来12阶段的轮斗连续工艺布置方式进行了设计。在详细调研、统计、分析轮斗连续工艺及单斗-卡车历史经济技术数据的基础上,对二采区分别应用轮斗连续工艺和单斗-卡车工艺的费用情况进行了计算。通过定量、定性对比,研究得出:二采区表土剥离采用单斗-卡车工艺优于轮斗工艺。
Through the construction of three-dimensional geological model of the second mining area in Heidaigou open-pit coal mine, the occurrence of topsoil resources in the second mining area was analyzed. Based on the actual occurrence of topsoil resources in No.2 mining area, the layout of continuous process for wheel-bucket in the next 12 stages of No.2 mining area was designed. Based on the detailed investigation, statistics and analysis of the continuous technology of wheel-bucket and the historical economic and technical data of single bucket-truck, the paper calculates the cost of continuous bucket wheel technology and single bucket-truck process respectively in the second mining area. Through quantitative and qualitative comparison, the study shows that: the second mining area surface stripping using single bucket - truck technology is better than bucket wheel technology.
