本组年龄26～35岁,初孕发病者2例,余4例均为妊娠2次以下。2例有1次以上自然流产史(均现妊娠3个月左右),3例在本次孕前曾有人工流产史,1例有服避孕药史,2例有置节育环史,1例有肺结核病史,3例病前易患上感。发病时间均在妊娠第5～7个月,病前有上感或腹泻史者2例。临床表现:最初先感双下肢麻木、无力,呼吸稍费力,大小便潴留,1～7天症状达高峰。Bp120～150/80～90mmHg,心肺正常,肝脾不大。颅神经正常,2例在胸4、5,4例在胸6平面以下痛温觉减退或消失,触觉受累相对较轻,均有束带感。双下肢肌力O～Ⅱ级,正处于脊髓休克期3例,释放期3例。4例已有不同程度的褥疮,妇科和胎儿情况均正常。实验室检查:RBC(3.5～4)×10~(12)/L,WBC(8～18)×10~9/L,红细胞压积0.395～0.44,尿常规6例均见≥25个脓细胞/低倍视野,血糖1例为7.2mmol/L,胸透、心电图、肝功、BUN、抗O、抗核抗体均正常。脑脊液6例共查8次,3例4次不正常,压力超过
