“十五”期间,我国航天取得了举世瞩目的成就。空间技术、空间应用、空间科学各方面均取得快速发展,《中国的航天》白皮书所确立的“大航天”概念得到广泛认同。我国载人航天不断取得历史性的突破;一大批先进的航天武器装备已成为维护国家安全必不可少的重要保障;建立了一批研制、生产、试验基地,工业基础和研发能力稳步提升,航天科技工业体系更趋完善。我国已跻身于世界航天大国之列,航天为我国社会经济建设和国防建设,为带动我国科技创新和高技术领域的发展做出了突出贡献。在新的历史时期,全面建设小康社会和构建和谐社会尤其是建设创新型国家的宏伟目标,对我国航天提出了新的更高要求,我国航天事业也迎来了新的发展机遇。近日,记者就我国航天发展的现状与未来主题,采访了国防科工委副主任、国家航天局局长孙来燕。
During the “Tenth Five-Year Plan”, China’s space industry has made remarkable achievements. Space technology, space applications and space science have all witnessed rapid development. The concept of “large space flight” established in the “China Aerospace” white paper has been widely recognized. China has made a historic breakthrough in its manned space flight. A large number of advanced space weaponry and equipment have become an indispensable guarantee for maintaining national security. A number of research, production and test bases have been set up. Their industrial foundation and R & D capability have been steadily improved. Aerospace Science and technology industrial system more perfect. China has become one of the largest aerospace nations in the world. Aerospace has made outstanding contributions to the social and economic construction and national defense in our country and has brought about the development of China’s scientific and technological innovation and high-tech fields. In the new historical period, the grand goal of building an overall well-to-do society and building a harmonious society, especially an innovative country, has set new and higher requirements for China’s space. China’s space undertaking also ushered in new opportunities for development. Recently, the reporter interviewed Sun Laiyan, deputy director of the State Commission of Science and Technology for National Defense, and director of the State Space Administration, on the current situation and the future theme of China’s space development.
