新艺机械厂是航空航天工业部飞机发动机叶片专业化生产厂。有职工3800名,其中35岁以下青年职工占职工总数的60％以上。今年2-3月份我们以“青工看形势”为题,在全厂10个主要生产车间和部分科室进行了调查。先后召开了党支部书记、团干部、青年知识分子,一线青年工人等座谈会。并采用随机抽样方法选定500名青工做为调查对象。在下发500份问卷中,回收有效问卷479份,有效率为95.8％。在回收的问卷中,25岁以下的占50.7％,25岁至28岁的占21.1％,29岁至35岁的占28.2％。男性占52％,女性占48％。一线青工占63.8％,其他人员占36.2％。具有大专以上文化的占6.9％,中专和高中文化的占67.9％,初中及初中以下文化的占23.2％。党团员占60.2％。调查中共得到数据1270个。对调查所得资料,进行归类整理,综合分析,写出此报告。
Xin Yi Machinery Factory is the aerospace industry aircraft engine blades specialized production plant. There are 3,800 employees, of which young workers under the age of 35 accounted for more than 60% of the total number of workers. From February to March this year, we took the survey of young workers to see the situation and conducted a survey in 10 major production workshops and some departments in the whole factory. Has held a party branch secretary, cadres, young intellectuals, frontline young workers and other forums. 500 young workers were selected as the survey subjects by random sampling method. In issuing 500 questionnaires, 479 valid questionnaires were collected, with an effective rate of 95.8%. Of the questionnaires collected, those under 25 accounted for 50.7%, those aged 25 to 28 accounted for 21.1%, and those aged 29 to 35 accounted for 28.2%. 52% of men and 48% of women. Young workers accounted for 63.8% of the workforce, while others accounted for 36.2%. Accounting for 6.9% with college education or above, 67.9% with secondary school and high school education, and 23.2% with junior middle school and below junior high school education. Party members accounted for 60.2%. The survey received 1270 data. The survey data obtained, collated, a comprehensive analysis, write this report.
