张世和著,黑龙江朝鲜民族出版社1990年8月出版,29万字。该书首先介绍了南朝鲜对外开放型经济开发战略,以及为实现这一战略目标所采取的引进外资和先进技术、建立出口商品基地、健全外贸组织机构等一系列主要经济开发政策;接着介绍了南朝鲜对外贸易的发展和贸易结构的特征,以及为贯彻执行“输出立国”的基本方针“以政府为主导”所采取的各种出口奖励政策;然后介绍了南朝鲜自1962年至今的六个经济开发五年计划和对外经济关系。书后还附有南朝鲜《外资引进法》、《海外建设促进法》等。
Zhang Shiju, Heilongjiang Korean Nationalities Publishing House, published in August 1990, 29 words. The book first introduces South Korea’s strategy of opening up its economy to the outside world and a series of major economic development policies such as the introduction of foreign capital and advanced technologies, the establishment of export commodities bases and the improvement of the structure of foreign trade organizations in order to achieve this strategic goal. The characteristics of South Korea’s foreign trade and trade structure as well as various export reward policies adopted by the government as the guideline for implementing the principle of “exporting the nation,” followed by the introduction of six export-oriented policies of South Korea from 1962 to the present Economic Development Five Year Plan and Foreign Economic Relations. The book is also accompanied by South Korea “Foreign Investment Law”, “Overseas Construction Promotion Law” and so on.
