目前,法治的重要性日益凸显,法治成为治国理政的基本方式和中国梦实现的重要保障,而之前中国的法治进程步履蹒跚,原因主要在于中国社会缺乏根深蒂固的法律信仰作为原动力。鉴于此,本文通过对法律信仰内涵的解读,分析当下我国法律信仰存在问题及原因,从而探求在我国法治国家建设过程中培育和固化民众对法律信仰的有效途径,以之作为全面推进依法治国的内在原动力,促进法治中国建设目标的实现。
At present, the importance of the rule of law is increasingly prominent. The rule of law has become the basic guarantee for the governance of the country and the important guarantee for the realization of the Chinese dream. However, before the rule of law in China faltered, the main reason was that Chinese society lacks deep-rooted legal belief as the driving force. In view of this, through the interpretation of the connotation of legal belief, this article analyzes the existing problems and reasons of the legal belief in our country at the present time, so as to explore an effective way to nurture and solidify the people’s belief in law in the process of building a country under the rule of law. Inner Motive Force to Promote China’s Goals of Rule of Law Realized.
