武汉军区话剧团和中国话剧团最近在北京联合演出的六场话剧《曙光》,引起了观众很大的兴趣和热烈的反映。作者通过此剧歌颂毛泽东思想,歌颂了毛主席革命路线在与王明“左”倾机会主义路线斗争中取得的伟大胜利,同时,也塑造了老一辈无产阶级革命家贺龙同志的生动形象。表现我党历史上的路线斗争和塑造老一辈革命家的形象,在戏剧创作上是一个重大的课题,我们在这一方面的创作经验还不太多。《曙光》在新的探索中取得了新的收获。这里发表的是这次演出的排演本。作者期待得多工农兵读者广泛的意见,以便在进一步修改中更完善起来。为了贯彻党的“百花齐放、百家争鸣”的方针。促进这类重大题材的戏剧创作进一步发展,我们希望开展对有关这方面戏剧创作问题的探讨。
The recent “Twilight” series of six plays jointly performed by the Wuhan Military Region Repertory Theater and the Chinese Repertory Theater in Beijing has aroused great interest and warm response from the audience. Through this play, the author praises Mao Zedong Thought, praises the great victory made by Chairman Mao’s revolutionary line in the struggle against Wang Ming’s “Left” opportunism and at the same time shapes the vivid image of Comrade He Long, the proletarian revolutionary of the older generation. We have not had much experience in creation in this respect. “Dawn” made new gains in the new exploration. Posted here is the rehearsal of this performance. The author looks forward to a wide range of opinions from the workers, peasants and soldiers so that they can be further improved in further revision. In order to implement the party’s policy of “letting all flowers bloom, one hundred schools of thought contend.” To promote the further development of theatrical productions of such major themes, we hope to conduct discussions on the dramatic creation in this area.
