2008年6月,著名音乐教育家、音乐理论家、翻译家、作曲家陈洪教授百年诞辰纪念活动在南京师范大学隆重举行。作为高师音乐教育的筑路人,陈洪先后参与了广州星海音乐学院和上海音乐学院创建和筹备工作,并与南京师范大学这所百年名校结下了半个世纪的不解之缘。自1952年担任南京师范学院音乐系主任后,陈洪曾多次谢绝去音乐学院、艺术学院任职的邀请,矢志不渝地扎根干高师音乐教育。陈洪一生从未离开过他所从事的音乐教育的事业,从1930年到2000年在音乐教育园地上耕耘了整整70个春秋。
In 2008 June, famous music educator, music theorist, translator, composer Professor Chen Hong centenary birthday celebration was held in Nanjing Normal University. As a passer of music education in normal colleges, Chen Hong participated in the founding and preparatory work of Guangzhou Xinghai Conservatory of Music and Shanghai Conservatory of Music, and formed a half-century bond with Nanjing Centennial University. Since 1952, he was the director of the music department of Nanjing Normal University. Chen Hong repeatedly declined the invitation to go to conservatories and art academies and took root in his music education. Chen Hong never left his career in music education. From 1930 to 2000, he cultivated a full 70 spring and autumn music education fields.
