目的探讨静吸复合麻醉与单纯静脉麻醉对剖宫产术中产妇与新生儿的影响。方法选择行剖宫产手术的120例产妇,依据麻醉方式不同分为A组和B组,每组各60例。A组产妇使用全凭静脉麻醉,B组产妇使用静吸复合麻醉。比较两组产妇T0(麻醉诱导前)、T1(麻醉诱导后)、T2(气管插管即刻/手术开始)、T3(胎儿分娩时)血流动力学、脑电双频指数(BIS)的变化,并记录新生儿Apgar评分和分娩即刻时胎儿脐动脉血p H值。结果 A组在T1、T2时SBP、DBP水平优于B组(P<0.05),在T1、T2、T3时HR水平优于B组(P<0.05);A组在T1、T2、T3时BIS值均比B组高(P<0.05);两组新生儿1 min、5 min Apgar评分、脐动脉血p H值比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论在剖宫产术中,单纯静脉麻醉较静吸复合麻醉对产妇影响更小,在临床应用上更具有优势。
Objective To investigate the effects of intravenous anesthesia and intravenous anesthesia on mothers and newborns during cesarean section. Methods A total of 120 maternal women who underwent caesarean operation were divided into group A and group B according to different anesthetic modes, 60 cases in each group. There was no significant difference in Apgar score and umbilical arterial blood pH between 1 and 5 min in both groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions In cesarean section, simple intravenous anesthesia compared with static inhalation anesthesia on the mothers less impact on the clinical application more advantages.
