为了解青州市儿童的尿钙含量,以掌握儿童的缺钙情况,制订相应的补钙措施,我们于1997年8~11月对市内5所幼儿园、两所小学的儿童进行了尿钙测定.1 对象与方法1.1 对象 选取青州市5所幼儿园的学龄前儿童及两所小学的学生为调查对象,分学龄前组、小学生组,总计1778名.其中,男938名,女840名.1.2 方法 采用南京康得医药生物保健公司生产的尿钙/乳钙试剂盒,按说明用EDTA化学滴定法.取当天晨尿或者禁水1h之后的尿液送检.尿钙含量≥160mg/L判定为正常.2 结果2.1 在调查的1778名儿童中,缺钙710人,平均缺钙率39.93%,学龄前儿童缺钙率49.48%,小学生缺钙率35.31%,两者差异有非常显著性(X~2=43.75,P<0.005).见表1.学前组中,各幼儿园之间儿童缺钙率差异有非常显著性(X~2=55.18,P<0.005).见表2.小学生组中,各年级之间儿童缺钙率差异无显著性(X~2=3.69,P>0.05).见表3.
