22.7% to 30.0% of liver cancers often suffer from hypoglycemia glycometabolic disturbances, and there are few clinical reports of hyperglycemia and impaired glucose tolerance in response to glycometabolism. In this paper, 16 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma confirmed by liver biopsy undergo glucose tolerance ( OGTT), insulin release (O-GRT), C peptide release, glucagon, and insulin antibody (IRI-Ab) were used to investigate the characteristics of glucose metabolism disorder and are reported below.
