在总略线的光辉照耀下,在社会主义建设事业突飞猛进“一天等于二十年”的大跃进形势下,在中共甘肃省委的领导与关怀下,甘肃农业科学院和甘肃农业大学正式成立了。这标志着我们甘肃农业科学研究和教育事业新的发展、普及和提高.这不僅是甘肃农业科学院和甘肃农业大学每个成员的大喜事,而且是全省人民的大喜事。我们要以万分兴奋煞烈的心情和百倍努力工作的实际行动来庆祝!
Under the general illumination of the line, Gansu Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Gansu Agricultural University were formally established under the leadership and care of the CPC Gansu Provincial Party Committee under the great leap forward of one day being equal to twenty years of socialist construction. This marks a new development, popularization and improvement of our agricultural science research and education in Gansu, which is not only a happy event for each member of Gansu Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Gansu Agricultural University, but also a great event for the people of the whole province. We must celebrate with extreme excitement and deeds of hard work!
