陆钟武教授及倪学梓教授在会上作了学术报告。陆教授报告的题目是:“冶金工业系统节能技术的回顾与展望。”他在报告中指出:关于系统节能的概念已提出7年了。这种观点已得到一定程度的普及,对领导机关制定节能方针已经起到了一定的影响,对现场节能工作也有了一定的影响,其科研成果已纳入教学内容。与7年前刚提出这一概念时的情况大不相同。他向与会同志介绍了系统节能的概念,这几年研究和教学两方面的概况,现状的估计及展望,指出这个概念尚在初创阶段,还不成熟,普及程度较差,但将来会对日常节能与能源规划决策、能源动态管理起到应用的作用。倪教授对有关节能问
Professor Lu Zhongwu and Professor Ni Xuezi made an academic report at the meeting.
