建立敌敌畏高效液相色谱法分析方法。用Kromasil C18柱(5μm,250mm×4.6mm),以甲醇-水为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,紫外检测器波长为211nm检测。敌敌畏在0.10～8.00mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为1.25×10-2mg,添加平均回收率为100.89%,RSD为0.24%。HPLC法简单、可靠、可应用于敌敌畏含量的分析检测。
The establishment of dichlorvos high performance liquid chromatography method. A Kromasil C18 column (5 μm, 250 mm × 4.6 mm) was used with methanol-water as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml / min and a UV detector wavelength of 211 nm. Dichlorvos in the range of 0.10 ~ 8.00mg / mL showed a good linear relationship, the detection limit of 1.25 × 10-2mg, the average recovery was 100.89%, RSD was 0.24%. HPLC method is simple and reliable, can be applied to the analysis and detection of dichlorvos content.
