正当全国上下认真学习、贯彻党的十二大精神之际，在全国科学技术奖励大会和五届全国人大五次会议之后，我们迎来了全面开创新局面的一九八三年。一九八二年，探矿工程和装备工业在调整中不断地前进，生产和技术水平有了新的发展。
At the just moment when the entire country has conscientiously studied and implemented the spirit of the Twelfth Congress of the Party, we have ushered in the year 1983 that completely opened up a new phase after the National Science and Technology Awards and the Fifth Session of the Fifth National People’s Congress. In 1982, prospecting and equipment industries continued to move forward in the process of readjustment with new developments in production and technology.
