本文测定了31例出生24h内的早产儿血清过氧化脂质的分解产物MDA及全血GSH-Px活性和α-生育酚,并比照晚期孕妇及正常新生儿。其结果早产儿的血清MDA较晚孕妇、正常新生儿及脐血均显著增高,而其GSH-Px活性及α-生育酚均显著低于孕妇,GSH-Px活性也显著低于脐血及正常新生儿,而且出生后第4天继续明显下降。提示早产儿的过氧化脂质水平高而抗氧化能力又较差是其易于发生ICH或HIE的重要机转之一。因此,在早产儿的疾病防治中有必要予以抗氧化剂。
In this study, 31 cases of preterm infants born within 24h of the decomposition of serum lipid peroxidation MDA and whole blood GSH-Px activity and α-tocopherol, and compared with the late pregnant women and normal newborns. As a result, serum MDA in preterm infants was significantly higher than that in late pregnant women, normal newborns and umbilical blood, GSH-Px activity and alpha-tocopherol were significantly lower than those in pregnant women, GSH-Px activity was significantly lower than that of umbilical cord blood and normal Newborns, and the first 4 days after birth continued to decline significantly. Tip premature babies with high levels of lipid peroxidation and poor antioxidant capacity is one of the important mechanisms of prone to ICH or HIE. Therefore, it is necessary to provide antioxidants in the prevention and treatment of premature infants.
