The book “Theories of Firms Seizing High-Efficiency Choices—Theories and Practical Problems of Business Management Mechanisms” written by Associate Professor Qiu Zhizhong of the Party Committee of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee of the CPC has recently been published by Economic Daily Press. The author of the book has devoted himself to the study of corporate issues for many years. From the perspective of the combination of theory and practice, he has carried out a systematic and in-depth theoretical analysis and countermeasures on how to further improve the company.
