本文通过对安徽省境内淮河流域上几座泄洪工程的研究,讨论了防止空蚀破坏的主要措施,主要包括以下三个方面:(1)通过控制闸门运用开度以满足σ>σ_i的估算方法;(2)通过改善过流边界体型防止空蚀破坏的措施;(3)从安全、经济方面考虑允许不会造成严重空蚀破坏的空化水流通过泄水工程以及采用镶护抗蚀材料护面防止空蚀破坏的措施。作者在大量的试验、原型观测及理论分析的基础上,引用了国内外有关工程的资料,针对本文研究的工程,给出了一系列的估算空蚀破坏的原则、方法、公式,以及改善空蚀破坏的措施。
Based on the research of several flood discharge projects in the Huaihe River basin in Anhui Province, the main measures to prevent cavitation erosion are discussed in this paper. The main contents include the following three aspects: (1) Estimating σ> σ_i by controlling the opening of the gate ; (2) Measures to prevent cavitation damage by improving the shape of the overcurrent boundary; (3) From a safety and economic point of view, allowing the cavitation flow that does not cause serious cavitation damage to pass through the drainage works and the use of Measures to prevent cavitation damage. Based on a large number of experiments, prototype observation and theoretical analysis, the author cites the relevant engineering data both at home and abroad.
