本文论述了铸铁中石墨优先于铁而氧化的可能性,并根据化学反应的等温方程式对铸铁中石墨与氧化铁的平衡共存温度进行了计算,其结果与现有经验数据大体相符.根据实验结果还分析了铸铁脱石墨过程的动力学特点及加热温度、加热时间、铸铁化学成分等对脱石墨效果的影响.对实验数据进行的回归分析表明,脱石墨过程大体上遵循抛物线规律.脱石墨处理的关键是让氧化性气体沿显微孔道渗入铸铁内部,使石墨的直接氧化反应得到充分发展.
This paper discusses the possibility of graphite being oxidized in preference to iron in cast iron and calculates the equilibrium coexistence temperature of graphite and iron oxide in cast iron according to the isothermal equation of chemical reaction.The results are in good agreement with the existing experimental data.According to the experimental results The kinetic characteristics and the influence of heating temperature, heating time and chemical composition of cast iron on graphite removal were also analyzed.The regression analysis of the experimental data showed that the graphite removal process generally follows the parabola law. The key is to let the oxidizing gas penetrate into the micro-channel along the iron inside, so that the direct oxidation of graphite has been fully developed.
