目的探讨细节护理干预在慢性心力衰竭患者中的护理效果。方法 100例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行细节护理干预。观察两组患者效果。结果观察组中个人形象及职业素养、护理操作质量评分均高于对照组,心率、血压波动均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为96.0%,对照组护理满意度为80.0%,观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节护理干预能够提高慢性心力衰竭患者的护理干预质量,提高患者对护理的满意度,护理效果显著,值得应用。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of detailed nursing intervention in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 100 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases each. The control group routine nursing, observation group line nursing intervention. Observe the effect of two groups of patients. Results In the observation group, the personal image, occupation quality and quality of nursing operation were all higher than those in the control group. The heart rate and blood pressure fluctuation were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.0%, while that of the control group was 80.0%. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve the quality of nursing intervention in patients with chronic heart failure, improve patient satisfaction with nursing, nursing effect is significant, it is worth applying.
