本文针对现代仪器分析实验谱图中常见的随机噪声和基线漂移,编制了窗体化的谱图降噪处理软件,能够应用于气相色谱、拉曼光谱等多种实验谱图的优化。该软件处理效果明显,操作简单,便于学生使用和掌握,并能够在实验教学中持续发挥作用。通过运用并模仿编制软件,学生能够整合相关课程的知识要点,并从专业应用的角度理解软件原理,提高学习兴趣,从而掌握基本的计算机应用技术和必要的谱图分析技巧,加强对数据处理概念的认识。
In this paper, aiming at the common random noise and baseline drift in the experimental spectrum of modern instrumental analysis, a windowed spectrum de-noising processing software is developed, which can be applied to the optimization of a variety of experimental spectra such as gas chromatography and Raman spectroscopy. The software processing effect is obvious, easy to operate, easy for students to use and master, and can continue to play a role in experimental teaching.
