职业能力鉴定在我国已经走过了十多年的历程,经过这十多年的不断发展创新,职业能力鉴定体系已经初步形成,并成为了我国人力资源开发以及管理的一个重要手段,为我国劳动力市场的形成以及发展带来了巨大的促进作用。然而随着经济社会的变迁,既有的职业能力鉴定体系呈现出来了一系列与现实不匹配的问题,无论是鉴定方法也好,还是鉴定标准也好都已经不能够适应新时期职业能力鉴定的需要,这客观上要求进行职业能力鉴定创新。鉴于此,本文通过对创新职业能力鉴定的重要性进行了一个详细的阐述,在总结分析职业能力鉴定中存在的不足基础之上,结合我国的职业能力鉴定的实际,提出了其创新路径,以期为我国职业能力鉴定水平的提升带来建议对策。
Occupational proficiency appraisal has gone through more than ten years in our country. After more than ten years of continuous development and innovation, the occupational proficiency appraisal system has been initially formed and has become an important means of human resources development and management in our country. The formation and development of the market has brought a huge boost. However, with the change of economy and society, the existing professional competence appraisal system presents a series of problems that do not match with the reality. Both appraisal methods and appraisal standards are no longer able to adapt to the appraisal of professional competence in the new era Need, which objectively requires the identification of innovative occupational skills. In view of this, this article elaborates the importance of appraisal of innovative occupational ability, and on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the existing problems in occupational proficiency appraisal and combining with the actual appraisal of occupational proficiency in our country, Suggest countermeasures for the improvement of appraisal level of occupational ability in our country.
