子宫肉瘤较癌极少见,而阴道葡萄状肉瘤,尤为罕见。国内文献报告也不多,因其少见,故临床易因肉眼观察,发生误诊。本病描述,首在1854年Waqmer氏报告一例子宫葡萄状肉瘤,以后屡有记述,虽本病名称较繁,但以葡萄状肉瘤之名称通用。我院于1964年遇到一例,兹报告于后: 病历摘要:胡××,女,年7个月,住院号22779,于1964年9月7日住院。其母代诉:阴道内发现肿物30~+天,初如指端,逐渐长大,无阴道出血,来院之当日晨,发现有少量血性分泌物,由阴道流出,
