本文摘要阐述涂料流变性概念及测试原理.按双圆筒旋转粘度计原理,测绘了国内外几种砂型涂料的流变曲线,判定了流型.探讨了涂料流变特性与悬浮性、刷涂性、涂挂性、流平性及渗透性等工艺性能的关系;对触变性的测试方法也作了研究,本文认为:具有触变性带屈服值的假塑性流体为涂料综合性能较佳的流型.还从分析悬浮液组元、结构、质点间作用力着手,探索了获致较佳流型和调整流变参数的途径,为改善涂料有关性能从理论和实践上提供了方向和途径.
In this paper, the concept and testing principle of coating rheology are expounded.The rheological curves of several sand coatings at home and abroad are plotted and the flow pattern is determined according to the theory of double-cylinder rotary viscometer.The rheological properties and suspensibility of coatings are discussed, The relationship between the coating properties, leveling, leveling and permeability and other process performance; thixotropy test methods have also been studied, this article is considered: with thixotropic yield value of the pseudoplastic fluid coating performance better flow The methods of obtaining the optimal flow pattern and adjusting the rheological parameters were also explored from the analysis of the component, structure and force between the particles, which provided the direction and approach in theory and practice in order to improve the coating performance.
